Chinese Year of the Tiger 2010 To celebrate the Chinese Year of the Tiger  that began on 14 Febrary 2010, why not have a special extended assembly to introduce the whole school to these events? On offer is a lively, colourful and interactive show, which includes some of the fascinating customs and stories of Ancient China. Children are given opportunities to take part in role play and music making, as well as being introduced to stories, artefacts and costumes. Around 30 to 40 minutes long, this can be adjusted to suit the age and maturity of the audience.
